Personal Care Workers
No experience needed we will train. We ensure ongoing training of supervisory and direct care. We supervise to provide quality care and services and to keep abreast of any changes that may occur.
Specific Tasks
Skin Care, Ambulation, Bathing, Dressing, Exercise, Feeding, Hair Care, Mouth Care, Nail Care, Positioning, Shaving, Toileting, Transfers, Medication Assistance, Respiratory Care, Accompaniment, Protective Oversight, Respite Care, Housekeeping Services.
- Purpose: To delineate the types of services that can be provided by a personal care worker/homemaker and Relative Care to ensure consistent, accurate and safe services for the consumers.
Ongoing Training
To ensure on quality of care and services.
- We provided 12 topics applicable to the agency's care and services every 12 months after starting date of employment or calendar year as designated by agency policy.
